Got my phone last week and got a chance to start assembly, for who hasn’t started yet be careful with that super glue the hole is bigger than the ones I use usually and I bathed the bearing in it, I’m stuck anyway because I ordered some 2 part epoxy for the magnets.

That happened to me as well. I got glue in the bearing. I definitely should have done a test drop first. Luckily I already had a glass of isopropyl alcohol and soaked it till the glue came out.
