[Robotics] Quick NZ2 Update

The chip shortage is ruining my plans. Right now, component lead times 
put the release of the NZ2 at January of 2023. Yes, 2023. It's 
exasperating. I'm putting in orders to be sure to actually secure stock 
on that timeline, and other projections seem to suggest that the market 
may be returning to normal around then.

In the mean time I'm revisiting the prospect of a larger, open source 
RoboWheel. The current RoboWheel170 remains available:
